I am a qualified supervisor, with a diploma in clinical and creative supervision. I work both with trainee counsellors and experienced therapists.
As a supervisor I work relationally. I see the supervision process as a rich tapestry in which we explore your clients’ challenges, how this might be impacting you, and also us in the supervision session. From feeling into the unfolding story arising between you and your clients we will gain insights that will support you and your clients in your work together. We will explore this in an embodied way, bringing our awareness to our ‘felt sense’. We will work reflectively, exploring different perspectives, and out of our creative collaboration an enriching dialogue will ensue. You, first and foremost are the ‘tool’ in your work, and my aim is to fully support you in re-sourcing yourself, so that you may leave feeling inspired.
